Ingredients:

Chicken   500 grams

Yogurt      half a foot

Lemons    a number

Red Chili Powder    a tablespoon

Hot spice powder - a tablespoon

Cumin powder        a teaspoon

Ginger Garlic Capester - a tablespoon

Turmeric       half a teaspoon

Salt      to taste

Oil       as needed


Synthesis:

In a bowl, add chicken leg pieces, turmeric salt, ground red pepper, cumin powder, yogurt, lemon, ginger garlic paste, oil and hot spices and mix well.
Now place the seasoned chicken in the oven tray, add half a cup of water and bake in the oven.
When the chicken is golden brown, take it out of the oven and grill it a little so that it smells like barbecue.


Lahore Chargha


Ingredients:

Chicken One kilo

Vinegar Half a cup

Garlic, Ginger Three tablespoons

Salt

Yogurt Half a kilo

Cayenne pepper.......... A table spoon

Licking spices Six tablespoons

cumin........... One teaspoon

Celery Half a teaspoon

Yellow One teaspoon


Synthesis:

Cut the chicken. Now add garlic, ginger and yellow color in the vinegar and leave it for half an hour. Now mix all the spices in the curd and apply it on the chicken and leave it for half an hour. Deep fry. When it turns brown, take it out and serve with licking spices.
