 White Mutton Qorma





Ingredients:

• Mutton _____ half a kg

* 5 to 8 almonds boiled, peeled and crushed

• Salt _____ one and a half teaspoon

• Yogurt _____ 1 cup

• Water _____ 3 cups

• Green pepper _____ 8 pieces

• Garlic _____ 6 pieces

• Ginger _____ 2 inch piece

• Green coriander _____ as needed

• Half a cup of oil

• Garlic _____ 1 tablespoon chopped


Synthesis:


Grind all the ingredients.

Now put the mixture of mutton, three cups of water and green spices in the pan and boil for half an hour.

Now mix almond paste and salt in yogurt.

Then add to the meat and cook until the paste thickens and the meat is well melted.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and fry till golden brown.

Now put the prepared steam on the mutton broth.

Finally, serve with mutton qorma naan.



White mutton Karai





Ingredients:

• Mutton _____ 700 grams

• Yogurt _____ 1 cup

• Onion _____ 1 cup

• Edible oil _____ half a cup

• Cream _____ half a cup

• White chili powder _____ 1 teaspoon

• Fixed spices _____ Half a teaspoon

• Salt _____ to taste

• Ginger Garlic Paste _____ 2 tablespoons

• Cumin powder _____ 1 teaspoon

• Coriander powder _____ 1 teaspoon

• Zira _____ 1 teaspoon

• Green chilies _____ 3 pieces

• Mutton _____ 2 cups

Milk _____ half a cup

• Water _____ as needed


Synthesis:


Put mutton, water, green chillies and ginger garlic paste in a pan, cover with lid and cook on low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.

Now separate the mutton and yakhni and set aside.

Then heat cooking oil in a pan, add spices, onion and cumin seeds and fry for one minute.

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for two minutes.

Then add mutton, salt, white pepper, black pepper and yogurt and cook for five minutes.

Now add green chillies, coriander powder and cumin powder and cook for two to three minutes.

Then add mutton yakhni, cream and milk and cook for another five minutes.

Now garnish with green chillies, ginger and coriander leaves and serve.
