Achar gosht

 Pickled meat





Ingredients:

• Meat _____ half a kilo

• Oil _____ 1 cup or less

 Garlic crushed _____ 1 teaspoon

• Green chilies _____ a little

• Fenugreek seeds _____ 1 teaspoon

• White cumin _____ 1 teaspoon

• Salt _____ 1 teaspoon

• Yogurt _____ and a half

 Ginger crushed _____ 1 teaspoon

• Onions _____ large or medium size

• Red Chili Powder _____ 1 teaspoon

• Fennel _____ 1 teaspoon

• Klonji _____ 1 teaspoon


Synthesis:


Brown onion in oil, add garlic and ginger with meat and fry

When the meat's own water is dry (if it's mutton or beef, add water and swallow half)

Add salt and pepper to the curd and mix well

When the yoghurt is about half full, add the rest of the seasonings

When the curd water is dry, fry it well, chop eight or less green chillies and put it on the tail for a few minutes.

Eat bread. Very tasty pickled meat is ready.
